Angela De Venuto

Angela can regularly be seen on the Lyric Opera of Chicago stage as a regular Soprano I in the chorus, as well as regional operatic stages and concert venues as principal artist/soloist. While an active performer, Angela holds faculty positions at DePaul University School of Music, and Ah Tempo School of Music, of which she is the founder, as well as a private studio in Chicago. Her students have won awards with the Metropolitan Opera National Council Association, Schumann Competition, Marcella Sembrich, as well as gained admittance into schools such as, Northwestern University and DePaul University. She is also the executive director of Intermezzi, a blossoming not-for-profit performing arts platform that was born from the COVID pandemic producing and performing in their inaugural festival celebrating the life and work of Beethoven for his 250th anniversary.
