Nick Murdick regularly performs with violinist Irina Murdick in duo and trio collaborations and enjoys performing baroque continuo and bass lines on the horn. Nick was a featured horn soloist on the Montana Northern Arts Association Recital Series performing Reinhardt’s Horn Concerto and Brahms’s Horn Trio.
Nick Murdick has performed as a horn and alphorn soloist with the Goppisberg Music Festival Orchestra in Graechen, Switzerland. While in Switzerland, Nick taught an individualized horn and alphorn course for three years and performed as a horn soloist and chamber musician in several cities throughout Switzerland.
Nick is interested in commercial business and food and helped launch the first draft kombucha bars in the State of Indiana with his beverage company Presto Kombucha (Edible Indy, 2015).
