At the age of 6 Faith's parents signed her up for piano lessons. She continued to take lessons for the next 7 years, but always longed to play the violin instead.
Faith began taking violin lessons from Chris Higbee when she was in 9th grade. She immediately fell in love with the instrument, and soon decided she wanted to teach private lessons.
After a couple of years, Faith went to study violin with Jeff Irwin. He helped prepare her to study music in college. She graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Music degree in String Pedagogy.
Faith now teaches private violin and keyboard lessons. Because she understands that each student learns differently, her teaching style combines numerous methods uniquely for each student.
