Jeff performs with several professional orchestras throughout Chicago and elsewhere, including the Oistrach Symphony Orchestra, the North Shore Symphony, and the Elmhurst Symphony Orchestra. He is also a founding member of the woodwind quintet, The LODOS Ensemble.

Jeff has been the finalist of several music competitions, including the MasterWorks Festival Concerto Contest (2007 and 2010) and the Richardson Woodwind Awards Competition (2010). In 2010 he was selected as the winner of the North Shore Musician's Club Competition, and in 2007 he was the 1st prize winner of the Midwest Oboe Competition. In his undergraduate studies at Western Illinois University, Jeff was chosen as 2008 Department of Music Scholar and College of Fine Arts and Communication Scholar.

He was honored to earn his MM under Eugene Izotov, the principal oboist of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.
