Background & Experience

I have been teaching private students for 15 years. I am on faculty at Music Institute of Chicago, as well as teaching from my private studio in Chicago and my home in Wheeling. My students have ranged in age from ages 8 - 80, and spanned from beginners to concert, cabaret, and theatre professionals. I have taught voice and theatre classes at Apple Tree Thatre, Northbrook Theatre, Highland Park Park District, Stage Coach Schools, and many others. I have musical directed over 20 musicals and reviews for local community theatres, colleges, and summer stock theatres. I lead an active performing life, so I am in touch with the ways and lives of professional vocalists and other musicians.
