From rock and pop, to Latin music and jazz, Gustavo Cortiñas has been immersed in learning and performing music for over two decades, as well as in teaching music to students of all ages for over 15 years. Over this period of time, Gustavo has acquired a broad body of knowledge of music and teaching practices, which gives him the tools to address his students' unique needs and goals. Understanding that we do not all share the same strengths while learning, nor the same aspirations in our musical education, Gustavo approaches teaching music with flexibility to tailor lessons to the strengths of his students in order to best help them achieve their goals and move forward successfully through their journey in music.
