Experienced with teaching and preparing students for performances and auditions
Has studied music education, pedagogy, and performance
Is looking to inspire and encourage a lifelong love, understanding, and support of music and the arts.
Experience working with children in both private and group settings
Teaches classical repertoire as well as other genres
Teaches students from beginning to advanced levels
Rate
$35- 1/2 hour $60- hour.
Background & Experience
Ashley Grebe has played and studied violin since the age of 9 and has been professionally involved in the music and music education communities in Chicago and abroad for the past 15 years. She has performed with over 20 orchestras around the United States, Europe, and Asia.
She earned her Bachelor's of Music in Music Education from The DePaul University School of Music in Chicago, Illinois.
She earned her Masters of Music in string instrument pedagogy and education at Tel Aviv University's Buchmman- Mehta Academy of Music.
